Thank you for shopping at Vadela Exclusives!
Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation and your order will be prepared for shipment. We ship out all orders within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Note that all our items are ALWAYS shipped with tracking information. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive the shipment confirmation as well as the tracking information on the email address you’ve provided at the checkout.
The postal service will deliver your shipment to your destination country. Once there, it will be handed over to your nation’s postal service. For example, in the United States it will be handed over to USPS and in the United Kingdom it will be handed over to Royal Mail. Once the shipment is in your country, the tracking information will also be available at your nation’s postal service.
Shipping rates & delivery times
Vadela Exclusives offers free worldwide shipping. The delivery times vary per country. In general, these delivery times can be taken into account
- Europe & United Kingdom: 2-5 business days
- Outside Europe: 5-9 business days
Note that shipments can get delayed and that Vadela Exclusives cannot be held accountable for any possible delays.
Refunds & returns
Not happy with your purchase? That’s unfortunate, but no problem! Vadela Exclusives offers a 14-day return policy.
Once you have received the item(s), you have 14 days to request a return. In case you would want to request a return, just contact us and we will provide you with the instructions.
Once 14 days have passed since you received the item(s), we won’t be able to accept a return any longer.
The cost and risk of return shipments are at the buyers own expense and return shipments always have to come with tracking information.
Items have to be returned in the same condition as they were received in, containing all parts and possible accessories/tags. If not, we won’t be able to accept the return.
We are not able to accept any returns outside of the EU unfortunately, due to customs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and accepted, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please note that the duration of receiving your refund is dependent on your payment method.
Issues
In case you receive an item that is damaged, not as described or the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide you with an appropriate solution.
